This is the full certification course for Scrum@Scale, delivered online, using ZOOM video. Note: This class is limited to 10 students.
This 15-hour ONLINE course is an in-depth presentation and exploration of the SCRUM AT SCALE framework. This course teaches you how to safely and pragmatically scale Scrum across an entire enterprise. Each student achieves the Scrum At Scale Practitioner certification after completing an untimed, open-book exam with 30 questions. The passing grade is 75% of higher and you get two chances.

Assumed Background of Each Student:
This course assumes you have basic knowledge of Scrum and some experience with it. If you are new to Scrum, you can still attend however you do need prepare for this certification Workshop by closely examining the Scrum Guide.

Scrum@Scale is designed to scale across the organization as a whole: all departments, products and services. It can be applied across multiple domains in all types of organizations in industry, government, or academia. Scrum@Scale is in fact a business agility (agile beyond software) framework.
About the Format: We send you a link and then we do live, real-time interactions over ZOOM video. You do not need an account. We send you a link, you click it, and you are in. Click: done. Connecting is easy and fast.
Ahead of time, we send you some materials and some pre-work necessary for participating in the class. We start on time, end on time, and deliver as much value to you as we possibly can in the 16-hour online format.
We recommend that you do a reboot ahead of connecting, to sidestep any A/V problems on your end that might delay your participation. We recommend you do this about reboot 10 minutes before the start, so you can arrive at the event well-connected and on time.
